Research On The Current Situation And Approaches Of Junior High School Legal Education

Ruling the Country by Law is one of the basic strategies in China. In order to achieve the rule of law, we cannot do withoutlegal education of the stage of basic education.Legal education in Junior high school has been a hot research scholar. Strengthen legal education of junior high school studentsis not only the need of the rule of law, but also the need of prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and achieve healthy, all-round development of students.In order to research the legal status of education about part of Chongqing high school junior high school students. The main methods are questionnaires, interviews, literature survey in this paper. We are pleased to see that the current Legal Education in junior high school has achieved some encouraging results through years of efforts. But at the same time, there are still some problems. Students’ legal literacy should be further improved, legal forms of education increased, but the effectiveness is not strong, Legal Education is normalization without standardization, and the Unbalancestill exists. To deal with these problems, Enhance the effectiveness of legal education forjunior high school students, we should let the school Legal Education play the main role, build the school legal education institutions, attach importance to legal education courses, excavate legal education resources and develop the second class. We must mobilize the family to play its fundamental role, change the concept of the parents in further, work together to focus on developing legal awareness. We must vigorously encourage social forces to make legal education’s channel diversification. We should guide students to pay attention to the law,and stimulate students’ self-education initiative. Only depend on multi-stakeholder involvement, the resultant in education, combination of externalization and internalization, effectiveness of legal Education in junior high school can be improved.
