Rule of law is not only the basic state policy,but also the basic parameter during the coming period of “ Rule of law and Administration by law”.However,the construction a nation ruled by law is a kind of systematic engineering,which requires every individual and organization to be able to regulate bahaviors of their own.Therefore,a series of problems are emerging to be solved.As for the middle school students,who are strategic talents of the rule of law construction,what will be their legal performance in daily life? How does the school conduct rule of law? Are there any problems exsisting between teaching content and the education system? How to solve the problem of "teaching and learning" ? Whether these problems will be solved not only has a direct impact on China's promotion of law literacy and concept for middle school students,but also makes it particularly urgent and necessary to enhance the status of middle school students who are “strategic talents of the rule of law construction”.In fact,for one thing,this is the direct cause and the original purpose of this article;for another,it is the basic framework and main content of this article:First of all,this paper clarifies some related concepts such as Rule of Law,Legal System and Law by combining with the current actual situation of the construction of the rule of law in our country;and based on that,this essay also reveals the fundamental purpose,significance and urgency of high school to carry out the rule of law education from the aspects of the connotation of the rule of law education.Secondly,a questionnaire survey about the present situation of the rule of law teaching in a middle school was made to obtain data sources which are served to make an analysis and conclusion: the ratio of daily Rule of Law behavior participation of middle school students is relatively low,(both in school and the society,solving contradictions by using effective rule of law means only accounts for half of the daily behaviors.)What's more,the causes of this phenomenon are analyzed from two aspects of teaching and the rule of law,namely: the lack of common teaching method and orientation,the incomprehensiveness of teaching content,the low efficiency of teaching effect,and the irrational teaching practices and so on.At the same time,in terms of legal enviroment,there exists such problems: the lack of pertinence,the lack of social contact and the difficulty in implementing the rule of law.Finally,based on the problems above,this paper puts forward some measures of improvements and optimization strategies and illustrates implementing strategies,contents and effect,respectively from four aspects---the introduction of practice teaching mode,the construction system under the rule of law in campus,the rule of law teaching planning,and campus and society linkage and so on,earnestly hoping to be able to provide necessary help for the follow-up deepening reform of the rule of law teaching system.The research conducted in this article is not aiming to give a certain answer,but try to offer theoretical help for the establishment of the relevant teaching system and reform for the future,and provides some referential suggestions for middle school students in the future of the rule of law education reform.Definitely,with the deepening of the process of our middle school education under the rule of law,there will be more problems.As a matter of fact,this is not only the expansion of demand of this paper,but also is the direction in which the author will further the exploration.
