When young students with autism are being during puberty, they often can come to two contradictory points: one is the contradiction between the maturity of the sexual physiological and the lag of the sexual psychological; another is the contradiction between the sexual physiological needs and the sexual social norms. In other words, the demand is failed to the same level with the development. Young students with autism are still come to the normal level of demand, however, the development level is not.According to the Home and abroad and Taiwan region in related academic papers and data shows, sex education research is what education teaching principles, teaching model theory are as the main research fields. However, for sex education teaching method and practical to carry out the teaching mode of related research is less. Research shows that research is combined with the application of teaching methods and strategies tablets intervention study, scaffolding strategy study of sexual knowledge, but in sex education a specific aspect of teaching research is less.Besides, for students sex education generalization ability, the research there are significant limitations of teaching mode or method;In the study did not, at least, according to the students’ ability to create simulations, from simulation scenarios evaluate students’ ability to relate to sex education.This research adopts the single subjects across behavior more test experimental design, teaching on three young students with autism by DIE teaching activities. The research variables of this study are the independent variable and dependent variable and control variable. The independent variable is the DIE teaching activities; There are three dependent variables: one is to know the privacy of body, the second is to identify safe and unsafe environment, the third is to refuse body touch from others. The control variables are the fixed teaching and evaluation and observer, the same teaching time andplace, and the same way of enhancement. The cycle of the drama teaching activities is three weeks in the intervention, a total of 12 times teaching activities, every time is about fifty minutes at a time, six hundred minutes. The research results are made by Excel spreadsheets line chart, using visual analysis method to analysis and sorting,including the data analysis in phase and between the phase and phase.According to the results analysis, the following conclusions: ⑴ there is great teaching effect to improve education drama to three young students with autism in understanding body physical privacy; ⑵ there is great teaching effect to improve education drama to three young students with autism in identifying safe and unsafe environment; ⑶ there is great teaching effect to improve education drama to three young students with autism in refusing to body touch from others.
