With the rapid development of human society, education as the primary productive is importance to social development.The whole community focus on education began to go to every family,and parents increasing emphasis on hope their children enjoy more excellent, personalized education and service.However, with the rapid economic development, people’s pace of life accelerated,and pressure is increasing.There is a conflict between pupils’ school, vacation time from parents’ work, rest time,and the parents attend to students’ off-campus study.Therefore, a large number of primary-school custodian institutions that provide learning spaces for students and school holidays emerged.School custodian contact link family education, school education and social education and is an useful supplement and also,and it plays a crucial role for students performed better in school education.This study was based on teachers’ professional quality in combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad.Based on "professional standards of primary school teachers" and "Teacher’s ethical standards" developed a teachers’ professional quality survey,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the four primary school custodians’ 105 teachers of Chongqing city from teachers’ professional philosophy, professional ethics of teachers, teachers’ professional knowledge and professional competence of teachers on the four dimensions;and from educational philosophy, custodian of the teachers ’professional philosophy, professional ethics of teachers, teachers’ professional knowledge, professional competence requirements for teachers in five dimensions to interview a school management from each of the primary custodian;simultaneously,from teachers’ professional philosophy, professional ethics of teachers, teachers’ professional knowledge and professional competence of teachers in four dimensions to interview 8 teachers from Chongqing City’s four primary school custodian.Results from the survey in Chongqing Primary student custodian institution,the teacher have a good view onstudents,focus on cultivating students’ personality.Overall,Teachers’ professional ethicswell.Most of teachers can grasp students’ physical and mental development knowledge and teachers have rich teaching knowledge.Teachers pay more attention on professional knowledge.teachers have good ability on communicate,motivate and evaluate.But there are problems on the following five aspects: lower professional identity,teaching concept is not comprehensive, teaching knowledge is not rich, lack of reflect ability and lifelong learning ability need to be improved. Factors affecting these issues in five areas: Teachers security system needs to be improved, teacher training system is not standardized,teachers’ lifelong learning skill is not enough,teacher recruitment system is not reasonable and teacher lack of self-reflection knowledge.Accordingly,this paper analysis the prevalence problem get the following reference:primary students out school custodian institution establish training and institutional guarantee system to change teachers’ professional outlook,establish and improve the training system, deepen teachers professional identity, establish a sound security system increasing the teachers sense of belonging and happiness vocational,and improve teacher recruitment system, optimize teachers structure knowledge.at last,teachers should master lifelong learning skill in order to enhance their reflection ability,...
