Research On The Current Situation And Characteristics Of Cultivating Talents Of Corporate University In The Era Of Internet

Era of Mobile Internet brings great impact to traditional industries, as a result the enterprises face trend of transformation. Due to one of the biggest challenges in the transformation is the lack of talents, "Which kind of people to be trained" and "how to train" in the enterprises has become the problem that the enterprise must consider. As an educational entity to train talents, corporate university must shoulder the task of cultivating enterprise talents in Era of Mobile Internet. In recent years, Chinese domestic enterprises, especially large enterprises started creating corporate university. The paper takes D College as a research object, focusing on researching the present situation and its characteristics of cultivating talents. However, corporate university’s training talents in the Internet Age has become a new topic. With the literature, interviews comparative analysis and field observation method, this paper ultimately selected the research of D College. There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is introduction, including research origin, significance, literature review and research methods and research route reviewing the research achievement about the nature, features, and functions and cultivating talents of corporate university. The second chapter is the analysis of the background of cultivating talents. In the era of Mobile Internet D College is faced with opportunities and challenges. Based on literature review and case studies, this chapter makes a thorough discussion about the changing needs of talents, the transformation of China Telecom industries and China Telecom; finally China Telecom College is discussed in detail. The third chapter takes the case study method from four typical cases such as Entrepreneur Boot Camp, Little CEO Training Camp, Entrepreneurship Training Camp and Open Source Software Talent Training Camp to render the current situation of cultivating talents of D College. The forth chapter makes analysis of four cases from the perspective of cultivating talents objective, curriculum, teaching staff and support, then sum up the common features. The last chapter makes the enlightenment for cultivating talents with China Telecom with comparative analysis. Finally the paper summarizes the research and makes reflection.In summary, this paper has the following characteristics. At first, the research topic focuses on how corporate university to conduct talents training of enterprise under the era of the Internet, which makes this research creatively and timely. Then taking a case study of D College, the research content focus on the talent cultivation which is one of the functions in corporate university and tries to deepen and expand the research which has been studied. Finally based on the perspective of vocational and technical education subjects, the research makes comparative analysis about the diversity of talent cultivation between corporate university and vocational education in schools and puts forward some enlightenment to the development of vocational education in schools.
