Key competencies is a theoretical framework and educational goal system,which points out the direction for the educational practice in China.This study based on the demands of the contemporary teaching reform,the practical need for the implementation of key competencies,teaching decisions to improve overall requirements and the need of teachers' professional ability to ascend,using literature research,questionnaire investigation and case analysis,to combine the teachers' teaching decision-making with key competencies of primary school,aims to optimize the teachers' teaching decision-making,promote the key competencies in the primary school classroom teaching implementation and carry out,lay a foundation for the comprehensive development of students.The thesis is divided into four parts,and the specific research is as follows:Part ?: concept definition and related theoretical issues.This paper mainly defines the concepts of key competencies,teachers' teaching decision-making and optimization,and discusses several theoretical issues related to this research,which lays a theoretical foundation for this research.Part two: questionnaire survey.From the situation of primary school teacher's cognition of the key competencies and the situation of willingness to participate in key competencies reform and the teaching plan,teaching implementation decisions and implementation of key competencies teaching evaluation decision five aspects to the decision-making behavior of primary school teachers teaching present situation investigation,supplemented by case,makes a preliminary analysis of the result of the investigation.Part three: problem and reason analysis.From teachers' professional idea,will,habit and execution in the four aspects analyzes the primary school teachers' teaching decision-making to carry out the key competencies problems,namely: the primary school teacher's perception of the key competencies vague and key competencies will less than primary school teachers development,primary school teachers' teaching decision-making tend to rituals,primary school teachers in implementing the key competencies of execution itself;The author also attributes the problems from the following four aspects: the lack of teacher training and publicity,the existence of teachers' fear of difficulties,the mechanical and rigid nature of traditional teaching and the lack of teachers' professional quality.Part four: put forward the optimization strategy of primary school teachers' teaching decision which points to the key competencies.From strengthening the training and publicity of teachers,to renew the concept of teachers;Stimulate the motivation of teacher reform and reverse teachers' fear of difficulties;Strengthen the teaching diagnosis and teaching innovation,and radiate the teaching vitality;And through a variety of forms and ways,to improve the professional quality of teachers four aspects of optimization strategy,so that primary school teachers' teaching decisions to the key competencies.
