With the social development, credibility and integrity is no longer just the moral requirement of personal accomplishment, but also effective system support to the harmony between people, and orderly social operation. College students has a connecting role in the development of society, however, their physical and mental developments are immature, dishonest ACTS are usual. There are deviations in college students’subjective perception of integrity, emotion and behavior tendencies, meanwhile social moral and institutional environment will eventually affect the formation of college students’credibility and integrity intention and behavior through other people.At present, education attaches lower importance to credibility and integrity of college students, and the effectiveness is poor.From "heart" to proceed, to find the psychosocial path of how the students’credibility and integrity behavior begin, and then use empirical methods to verify the existence of the impact factors and extent of the impact, thereby proposing targeted solution measures, is the fundamental purpose of the study.In this study, the first part is the introduction, it describes the background and significance of the study, introduces the ideas and methods to carry out this study. Then through the literature study, the connotation, status and influencing factors to college students’credibility and integrity intenttion and behavior will be integrated. The second part constructs how credibility and integrity cognition transforms to action; and combining it with TPB, this study constructs a model, and hypothesizes the corresponding assumptions. In the third part, bassed on the influence factors analysis and existing measurement scales, the study designs questionnaire, tests in advance and makes modification. Finaly the formal questionnaire were handed out to 996 students. The fourth part is the data analysis, by using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, discriminant analysis and analysis of variance the hypothesis were verified one by one. in the last part research results were combined and discussed to make targeted recommendations.Research results and conclusions are as follows:First, college students’credibility and integrity intenttion and behavior are relevant, and we can proceed from the intention to culture their act.Second, on the whole, college students’credibility and integrity intention has significant positive correlation with attitude, moral and subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, but the relation with institution norm is not closed.Third, college students’attitude to credibility and integrity, moral and subjective norm, perceived behavioral control effect intention positively, and the strength of intention can be predicted by them. Students’ perceived behavioral control to credibility and integrity can directly predict whether the behavior will occurrence.Fourth, integrity and the integrity of its intention Students experience the past relevant, and most of the experience promises not punished.Fifth, college students’ sex, grade, professional, political affiliation, home address and iconomic situation do not have a universal influence to their credibility and integrity attitudes,moral and subjective norm,and perceived behavior.
