In recent years, The teaching ability, scientific research ability and the ability of internal governance of universities in our country are stronger and stronger, Sources of funding are also more various, the proportion of tuition income, social donations, bank loans and other sources of funding in schools are growing,students, donors and banks have become important stakeholders in the operation of universities.Timely and effectively open university related financial information can make them understand The specific structure of the source of income, the specific direction of capital expenditure and the benefits of the use of funds in universities deeply and completely, It will help them to supervise the university to raise funds with law and use funds scientifically and efficiently, also helps universities to win more development funds.Since the "University Information Disclosure Measures"(hereafter this text will be abbreviated as Disclosure Measures) released, the pace of the financial information opening of universities to the public has been accelerated gradually. Throughout the country, universities open the financial information about the fund activity in varying degrees. However, our financial information disclosure work is still in the initial stage,There are many difficulties and problems in the process of financial information disclosure.Therefore, to strengthen the research and analysis of financial information disclosure in universities, Especially the analysis of typical samples is very important.75 universities directly under the ministry of education play leading roles in education,scientific research and social public service, also play certain roles model in disclosure work. Therefore, this paper selects 75 universities directly under the ministry of education as samples, evaluate the status of their financial information disclosure works. It was concluded that due to the lack of a sound financial information disclosure system and a sound legal system, they have not only achieved many achievements, also there are still a lot of problems about the depth and the content of the financial information disclosure. The public financial information can not meet the needs of the stakeholders to evaluate the performance management of universities. In view of our financial information disclosure of the university has just started, based on the experience of the United States, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, combined with the new situation of China’s economic environment of universities, this paper puts forward some related measures and suggestions for the existing problems.
