Research On Technical Ability Test Index And Evaluation Standard Of U Series Male Football Plavers In China

Against fierce, long duration, high intensity and maximal training volume are the characteristics of modern football match, which have a high requirement on skills and tactics. Effective technical ability evaluation system plays a decisive role in the football game. The slowly development of Chinese football has deeply impeded the enthusiasm of the broad masses to participate in football. In order to achieve the goal of the long development on Chinese football, one of the key points is how to train and select youth football talent scientifically. We should confirm the evaluation system of football potential through setting technical indicators as the core points, selecting more talented players in the major football league at all levels, providing a higher level of training and competition for them. The assessment will be conducted after providing high-level training and games for the players. Then we elect good players and the process will be sustainable. The index system and evaluation standards of technical ability test which are set for teenager football players, should be in line with the law of development of the modern football game.The methods used in the thesis are literature study, Delphi Technique study, empirical study and statistics study. According to the weakness of Chinese football players’technical ability, we analyse the technical ability standard of Chinese young football players which is U-13(11-13 years), U-15(13-15 years), U-17(15-17 years). The assessment will be conducted after finding out the characteristics, rules and forming reasons. This assessment will be in line with China’s national conditions of young football players and provide a theoretical support for promoting the lever of Chinese football training.
