A Research On Youth Football Development Evaluation System Of CSL Clubs

Work on youth football in CSL club has been developed a lot since CSL started.However,something wrong exists in the work,resulting in the mis-development.In order to control and help with youth development, the realities of CSL youth football development is studied,problems are analyzed,and a solution is suggested based on the development at present by using methods of Literature,expert interviews,Delphi method,the method of AHP-fuzzy and logic analysis.Conclusions are as follows:1.This paper analyzed the reality of youth development in CSL clubs,and wholly constructions on CLS club youth football need improvement in aspects of competition,training,education,management and logistics.2.Having researched,analyzed and calculated,we conclude in the paper that the evaluation system are made up of 5 upper indicators and 13 lower parameters and weights are given.3.Fuzzy process is used to do the evaluation,and coming with procedure. First evaluation workers are identitied and forms are designed,then evaluation process starts with paying attention to the observation point. Using fuzzy method could decrease the working load and be easily operated.
