Research purposes:Whether unilateral training in improving the physical quality has a better effect than bilateral training is still controversial. Bulgaria split squat is a common way of unilateral lower limb exercise, and squat is a common way of bilateral lower limb exercise. Of this study was to compare the eight weeks Bulgaria lunges squat and similar load squats differences in training effect on university student sports ability, provide reference for strength training action choice in the future.Methods:the objects of study:30 healthy male college students were randomly divided into three groups, the squat group, Bulgaria lunges squat group and the control group. Methods:two training group for 8 weeks the squat training, twice a week, each five groups, intermittent 1 minute between groups, the squat group load of 75% 1 rm squat. Bulgaria type lunges squat group training load (1 rm squats* 75%+weight)/(2* 85.16%)-weight, group C without training. Before intervention, after 4 weeks, 8 weeks, the three groups respectively test the squat weight, great strength and the largest,10 m,30 m and T run time, long jump distance. Statistical methods:using SPSS statistical software,4 weeks,8 weeks of test results using repetitive measure analysis of variance, growth rate using single factor analysis of variance between groups.The results are as follows:(1) the squat, Bulgaria lunges squat group relative 1 rm squats weight had significant difference compared with the control group. (2) group, the single leg squat legs and peak torque and exercise group before training has a very significant difference. Single leg squat group relative to David and peak torque and has a very significant difference before training. (3) the squat, Bulgaria lunges squat group 10 meters run time no statistical differences. The squat, Bulgaria lunges squat group has a very significant difference than before training. (4) the squat, Bulgaria lunges squat group have significant differences in standing long jump. Bulgaria type lunges single leg standing long jump results squatting group has a very significant difference compared with before training. To raise the legs on three consecutive jump, squat, Bulgaria lunges squat group has a very significant difference compared with before training. Bulgaria type lunges squat group three consecutive jump degree has significant difference compared with before training. (5) the squat group Bulgaria type lunges squat training can effectively reduce T run time. No significant difference between two kinds of training methods.Conclusions and Suggestions:(1) 8 weeks of Bulgaria lunges squat training and the squat training are effective in improving strength ability, but his legs training better. (2) 8 weeks of Bulgaria lunges squat training and training in improving 30 meters, squat T run ability all have effect on but there is no difference between the two. (3) on the improve jumping ability,8 weeks of Bulgaria type lunges squat Bulgaria type lunges squat training in improving single leg jumping ability have very good effect, the squat training has good effect on improving legs jumping ability. Suggestion:two methods have advantages in improving sports ability, needs further research. This study time is shorter, longer intervention training after the proposal.
