| Explosive force is an important part of strength quality.The strength of explosive force also has a direct impact on the improvement of sports performance and the mastery of sports skills and techniques.It is also the focus of strength training.Squat,as the main movement of lower limb strength training,is also an important part of traditional resistance strength training.The purpose of this study is to compare the influence of eight week fixed load squat and incremental load squat on the explosive force and maximum strength of lower limbs,and to explore the influence of two forms of squat on the explosive force of lower limbs,so as to provide reference for the explosive force and maximum strength training of lower limbs in the future.In this study,16 track and field students from Beijing Sport University were randomly divided into two groups: fixed load group(load 70% 1RM * 6 times * 5groups)and incremental load group(load 50% 1RM * 6 times * 1 group,60% 1RM *6 times * 1 group,70% 1RM * 6 times * 1 group,80% 1RM * 3 times * 2 groups,90%1RM * 2 times * 3 groups)After ten weeks of experimental intervention,the indexes reflecting the explosive force of lower limbs were tested,and the data were statistically analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)For standing long jump,vertical jump,30 meters run and 1RM squat,after paired sample t-test analysis,both the fixed load group and the incremental load group showed significant differences before and after the experiment.There was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)After eight weeks of intervention training,standing long jump,vertical jump and 30 meters run in the fixed load group increased by 4.05%,12.99% and 4.47%,respectively.In the increasing load group,standing long jump increased by 1.98%,vertical jump by 10.30% and 30 meters run by 2.76%.In terms of improving the efficiency of explosive power indexes(standing long jump,vertical jump and 30 meters run),the effect of fixed load group is better than that of increasing load group(3)After eight weeks of intervention training,the maximum strength squat(1RM)increased by 12.03% in the fixed load group and 17.04% in the incremental load group.The incremental load group was better than the fixed load group in improving efficiency.(4)There are significant differences between fixed load squat and incremental load squat in the improvement of explosive force and maximum strength of lower limbs.But in terms of efficiency,the fixed load group is more helpful to improve standing long jump,vertical jump and 30 meters run,and the incremental load squat is more helpful to improve 1RM squat. |
