Objective:The prevalence of eating disorders in adolescents have remarkably increased recently。 This study investigates the risk of eating disorders and the present condition of physical fitness among adolescents in four middle schools in Bei Jingo To explore the influencing factors of eating disorders and the relationship between eating disorders and physical fitness。 Provide a basis for strengthening physical fitness to improve eating disorders.Method:The subjects were recruited from four middle schools in Bei Jing。The sample consisted of 714 adolescents。 The risk of eating disorder was evaluating using Eating Disorder Inventory-3 (EDI-3)。 This study test the height、weight、vital capacity、50m run、standing long jump、sit-and-reach、800m run (girls)、1000m run(boys)、sit-ups in a minute(girls)、pull-up(boys)of the subjects, and then evaluate their physical fitness condition according to The 2014 Edition of National Student Physical Health Standard。Data were analyzed using Statistical Package of for the Social Sciences。 The two independent sample t tests were used to compare differences of continuous variables between two groups。 The Pearson Chi-square tests were used to compare the categorical data between two groups-Results:1. According to EDI-3 RF, there were 39.5%of adolescents who had the risk of eating disorder; 2. According to The 2014 Edition of National Student Physical Health Standard, students who scored higher than 80 are in good conditions of physical fitness, who scored lower than 80 are in bad conditions of physical fitness, There are marked differences in the risk of eating disorder between different conditions of physical fitness (P<0.05), students with high physical fitness levels who had the risk of eating disorder were 35.5%, students with low physical fitness levels who had the risk of eating disorder were 45.3%; 3.The mean score of boys’physical fitness was 76.21, girls’was 84.90。 The excellent、good、pass mark and fail rate of boys’physical fitness were 11.6%、32.4%、48.8%、7.2%respectively, The excellen、 good、pass mark and fail rate of girls’physical fitness were 30.6%、47.6%、21.2%、 0.6%respectively。Conclusions:1.There were 39.5%of adolescents who had the risk of eating disorders; 2.The total score of physical fitness in girls were higher than boys, Boys total score of physical fitness were improved gradually from junior to senior when girls had not so much changes。3.Students with high physical fitness levels has a lower risk of eating disorders, Students with low physical fitness levels has a high risk of eating disorders;...
