In this paper,the literature about the effects of eating disorders and yoga on female college students’ physical and mental health was reviewed by means of literature materials,and the female college students were screened for eating disorders by means of questionnaire and experiment.A total of 349 female students were selected from Beijing University of physical Education.101 female students were screened and found to have eating disorders,and 15 female students were randomly selected as the intervention group and the control group,and 15 female students were randomly selected as the intervention group and the control group.Yoga intervention experiment was conducted for 12 weeks in the intervention group.In the later stage of intervention,the subjects in the intervention group were re-tested with EDI-3,retest of body composition,bone mineral density and so on,and the menstruation status was investigated again.By means of mathematical statistics The physiological and psychological indexes before and after intervention were compared between the intervention group and the control group to explore whether yoga intervention could reduce the risk of ED improve the body composition and menstrual function and slow down the loss of bone mineral density(BMD).I hope to guide female college students with eating disorders through yoga practice.To help them establish a healthy lifestyle,scientific knowledge and methods of weight control,correct eating behavior and self-information improvement are aimed at changing their satisfaction with their own weight,their ideal body shape and their inner self-satisfied psychological attitude,and help them to build a healthy lifestyle,scientific knowledge and methods of weight control,correct eating behavior and self-information improvement.Improve body composition and menstrual function,slow down loss of bone mineral density,Reduce the incidence of ED in weight-conscious people and the extent to which ED is harmful to them.Research conclusions:1.Before and after intervention,the slimming tendency(DT)of the two groups was a low clinical risk,but the score of the intervention group decreased significantlyafter the experimental intervention,and the eating disorder symptoms related to the slimming tendency of the subjects decreased significantly,but there was no significant change in the control group.Gluttonous(B)was a typical clinical risk.After experimental intervention,the scores of the intervention group were significantly decreased,the(B)-related overeating behavior of the subjects was significantly decreased,and there was no significant change in the control group.Before intervention,the dissatisfied(BD)of the two groups was a typical clinical risk.After the experimental intervention,the score of the intervention group decreased significantly,and the dissatisfied(BD)decreased to a low clinical wind.Risk,improve satisfaction with their own body type;the control group is still a typical clinical risk,there is no significant change.2.The results showed that there was no significant difference in ideal body weight and ideal BMI among female college students in eating disorder tendency intervention group,but there were significant differences in actual body weight,body mass index(BMI),)muscle mass and bone mass after yoga intervention.It is suggested that yoga plays an important role in promoting the physical health of women with eating disorders.3.After yoga intervention experiment,the menstrual disorder of female college students in the eating disorder tendency intervention group was significantly improved,the normal number of menstruation increased,and the number of menstrual disorder decreased.There was no change in normal menstruation and disorder in the control group,which indicated that yoga exercise had an effect on the physiological and physical health of female college students with eating disorder.4.There was no significant difference in asceticism and mature fear factors among female college students in the eating disorder tendency intervention group,but the scores of the other seven psychological factors decreased significantly after yoga intervention.However,there was no significant difference in the above nine psychological factors in the control group,which indicated that yoga exercise could improve the mental health of female college students with eating disorder.There were significant differences in low self-esteem,self-alienation,interpersonal alienation andlack of internal perception between the intervention group and the control group before and after yoga intervention.There was no significant difference in interpersonal insecurity,emotional disorder,perfectionism,asceticism and mature fear,which further showed that there was no significant difference between Yu and Yu.Ga intervention can improve eating disorder.
