On The Current News Report And Countermeasures Of Chinese Campus Football Activities

Campus football has been pilot nationwide since 2009. In 2014, it became a key project in sports reform and educational reform at school. As campus football has been highly valued and expected in all the circles of the Chinese society, it also attracts close attention from the news media on sports. However, we must realize some questions underlying in the current news report on campus football.In light of the implementation of campus football activities in China in recent years and the existing news report on campus football activities, the magazine Football on Campus and the television relay "Who Is the King---Campus Football Championship" are selected as the main cases in this paper. Through the methods of literature review, case study and expert interview, the current development of campus football activities and relevant news report is studied, experience and common questions are summarized, and causes to these questions are analyzed. Furthermore, in accordance with the original intention of campus football activities and some excellent examples of domestic news reports on sports, as well as suggestions from first-line sports and football teaching practitioners, strategies and prospects planning of news reports on campus football are proposed. It is hoped that they can serve as a reference for the work of future practitioners in sports news and football teaching, and be advantageous to the further development of campus football activities and the cause of campus sports.The following conclusions are reached from this research:campus football activities are still in the preliminary stage, promoting smoothly in a certain range, and provided with the initial population base support and scientific basis of teaching, but it is still influenced by football environment, education system, social and cultural constraints, developing unevenly in different region, lacking of lateral connection and unified management; The society as a whole look for in a campus football is too high, pressure is too big, need to formulate a long-term plan and stick with vitality. The news reports on the campus football enjoy the development of the media era, played an important role in the early publicity; Although the number of reports increases fast, the quality of news is quite low, overheating of media attention reflects the anxious psychology, go against to building a loose public opinion environment; Due to the ability difference and understanding deviation of the media workers, still use the reporting way of competitive sports, ignoring the youth sports characteristic; Later we need specially strengthen the purification of the news media environment and management, and protect the youth physical and mental health.
