As the number of Hebei private higher vocational college education has gradually increased, the increasingly fierce market competition, has a stable, high-quality teachers is essential to the survival and development of private higher vocational colleges, is one of the most important condition of the teaching level of private higher vocational colleges, which have a direct impact on the stability level of the teacher organizational commitment of teachers but at present the flow of teachers of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Hebei province frequently, the level of teachers’ organizational commitment is low seriously restricts the development of private higher vocational colleges, and the slow development of the school will increase, teachers flow rate forming a vicious spiral. Therefore, the study of teachers organization of private vocational colleges commitment problems, and find out the corresponding countermeasures, and to improve the level of teachers’ organizational commitment, promote teachers in private higher vocational colleges, and promote long-term development of the school, as the research The focus of the study.This study selected four Hebei Province, private higher vocational colleges teachers conducted a questionnaire survey, using questionnaire to measure of the four school teachers’ organizational commitment level, the survey data were statistical analysis, and in-depth interviews with teachers in the school has lower problem, through the investigation found that the Private Higher Vocational Colleges Teachers’ organizational commitment level is low, and from affective commitment, normative commitment, economic commitment, ideal commitment, opportunity commitment five dimensions expounds the problems existing in the organizational commitment, and analyze the effect of individual factors and organizational factors affect the level of organizational commitment of teachers.According to the problems found in the investigation of Hebei Province Private Vocational Colleges Teachers’ organizational commitment in the presence of as well as the influence factors, in the existing literature analysis and interviews of teachers based on the proposed enhance private vocational colleges teachers’ organizational commitment level of countermeasures, including in following several aspects: to enhance the organization support, to enhance the emotional commitment; second, perfect the system of performance evaluation, improve the normative commitment; third, improve the salary, welfare, enhance the economic commitment; fourth, set up a good career paths and training mechanism, to enhance the ideal and opportunity commitment.
