Private higher vocational education is a form of non-governmental financial investment,self-financing school,It is an important part of higher education.After years of growth and development,private higher vocational education has gradually entered the public's vision,and the community's attention,Its management problems have aroused the scholars' attention too.One of the most prominent problem is the teacher's team is not stability and the loss of a large number of excellent teachers.Teachers are the foundation of a school,the quality and quantity of teachers directly affect the smooth development of private vocational colleges teaching links,reducing the school's school level and comprehensive competitiveness.This study is based on the point of school view,based on the previous research,to explore the private vocational school teachers turnover tendency and lead to the possibility of teacher loss.In this paper,we select Jiangsu Province as the research area,and the full-time teachers of private vocational colleges are the research objects,job satisfaction and organizational commitment.In order to study the independent variables and verify their relationship with the dependent variable turnover,we understand different evaluation teachers with different attributes.In this study,252 teachers of five private vocational colleges in four cities in Jiangsu Province were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The main conclusions were as follows.1.In addition to the working status of the emotional commitment,the job satisfaction factors are significantly positively related to the organizational commitment,with the exception of the opportunity commitment,organizational commitment and turnover tendencies significantly negative correlation.In addition to the work content,job satisfaction is negative related to turnover intention.And through the intermediary utility test,verify the organizational commitment is the teacher job satisfaction and turnover of the intermediary variables,organizational commitment as a mediator variable on the idea of departure.2.The job satisfaction of the teachers of private higher vocational colleges is composed of three dimensions: working condition,working content and working status,in which the satisfaction of working conditions is relatively low.The organizational commitment of private higher vocational colleges is composed of emotional commitment,normative commitment and opportunity commitment And the economic commitment of four dimensions,in which the opportunity to promise relatively isrelatively low.3.The turnover tendency of private higher vocational teachers is not too high,but it has a high degree of professional recognition and low overall perceived organizational commitment.There is a potential tendency to leave the job,but there is no obvious tendency to leave the occupation.Therefore,private higher vocational colleges should actively pay attention to teachers' turnover tendency,to prevent teachers from flowing to other competitive institutions.4.Analyze the difference of demographic variables in each dimension,and draw the following conclusions: There are significant differences in the satisfaction degree of marital status: teaching age and teaching course.And there are significant differences in teaching content satisfaction: gender,age,teaching age,job title,and professor's curriculum.There is a significant difference in age commitment: education,and teaching courses to economic commitment.There is a significant difference in teaching commitment to emotional commitment.There are significant differences.Finally,according to the results of the study and the conclusion of the data analysis,the author puts forward the reasons leading to the loss of teachers in private higher vocational colleges and summarizes the opinions and suggestions on strengthening the construction of teachers.
