Self efficacy theory was first proposed by Bandura, the famous American psychologist in 1977. Perceived academic self-efficacy is a sign of self-efficacy in academic fields which refers to the learners whose ability or skill could be used to complete the study task. It is also the level of self-confidence. Lots of learning self-efficacy studies have shown that it plays an important role in students’learning behavior and is a good predictor of future learning achievement as well. But the domestic study of Junior high school biology learning in this field is still in the starting period. Based on this, this study trying to proceed from the actual situation of the junior middle school biology teaching, Self Revising<junior high school biology learning self-efficacy questionnaire), and for junior high school students biology learning self-efficacy sense of status investigation, analysis, and then used the strategy of cultivating practical study.This research uses the questionnaire survey method, experimental method and other research methods. The main content of the paper can be divided into five parts:The first part:the problem was put forward. This paper mainly discussed the research background and quo of learning self-efficacy, significance of the research, the purpose and methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research. This part is basic concepts and theories on the basis of a large number of literature review on self efficacy sense and learning self-efficacy and for revising<junior high school biology learning self efficiency sense questionnaire) and the next research and practice research lay the theoretical foundation.The third part is the research on the self efficacy of junior students. With the survey of the current situation in students biology learning in junior high school, and SPSS13.0 statistical software for data processing analysis, the writer drew the following conclusions:The overall level of general Biology in junior high school students learning self-efficacy is normal and it also showed there is no gender difference; In these three aspects:the emotional response, selectivity of learning behavior and the formation of new behavior are much lower compared to other factors. The students’ self-efficacy of junior high school students’learning self-efficacy was positively correlated with the biological learning performance, and reached a significant level.The fourth part is the research on the Cultivation Strategies of junior high school students’ self-efficacy. This part mainly includes five aspects:to improve students’ self-efficacy in teaching, to help students set up the appropriate learning goals and behavior objectives. The proposed method is to cultivate students’ self efficacy and improve the students’ biological learning. The research again confirms that the students’ biological learning achievement is positively related to the biological learning self-efficacy.The fifth part is the conclusion and reflection. This part of the whole research conclusion is summarized, and the existing problems in the research, and put forward the idea of the follow-up study.The study on the revision of the questionnaire can be used to understand the students’ biological learning self-efficacy level;It is important to cultivate and improve the students’biological learning self-efficacy, improve the quality of biology teaching, promote students’comprehensive development, and expand the application of the theory of self-efficacy in the specific disciplines.
