Self-efficacy theory was first put forward by Albert Bandura, the famous American psychologist, and it was an important part of the theory system of social learning. In the past three decades that the self-efficacy theory proposed, many scholars, at home and abroad, have done lots of research on self-efficacy. Developing the students'ability in self-efficacy is an important aim in education and is very actual value to carry out the reform of new curriculum better. This thesis,based on the research of self-efficacy at home and abroad, takes the 8th grades students of a middle school in Chang Chun as object to investigate the self-efficacy status and to understand the relationship between these factors of junior high schools students in biology. According to the questionnaire investigation, consulting to the relative research and specific situation, this paper provide the execute strategies. Through the implementation of self-efficacy training strategy, we showed that the self-confidence and the state in which learning biology are improving gradually. Thus it grounds the students in lifelong learning.
