Study On Interactive Development Of Local College And Regional Characteristic Industry

At present, China is in the period of economic development transformation and building the new era of "innovation-oriented country." Local colleges and universities as an important part of China’s scientific and technological innovation system, is to promote the rapid development of regional industrial economic source of power, Interactive Development University Technology Services and regional industry is an important means of future industrial competitiveness and quality improvement of higher education. The development of the regional industry can’t live without the support of technology and intelligence. Scientific research, personnel training and service to the community are the three functions of universities. Whether it is for deepening the reform of higher education in the field, or to improve the economic competitiveness of the regional industry, establish interaction between research universities, business and government, have a great significance.In this study, take Hunan Agricultural University, and security of the development of interactive features dark tea industry as an example, through literature research, which combines theoretical and empirical research methods, learn from foreign experience, combining the functions of universities, explores the interaction patterns of local colleges and regional industrial development, analyze issues related to the existence of such interactions in the main parties interaction problems, interaction mechanisms and institutional issues. Strategies and recommendations made to interact with the local university regional industrial development, to promote the coordinated development of the two reference.
