Study On Internal Knowledge Integration Of University Scientific Research Team

The era of knowledge economy has come, and knowledge is becoming more and more important. University scientific research teams is a typical knowledge-based team, knowledge plays an important role in team activities, and the development of scientific research team relies on the knowledge innovation, which is the result of knowledge integration. This paper analyzes the prosess of knowledge integration and the influence factors of knowledge integration in the university scientific research teams. It will definitely promote the university scientific research competitive capacity and enhance the innovation capacity.The process of Individual knowledge integration includes two steps:knowledge acquisition and knowledge fusion. Knowledge acquisition is achieved by sharing knowledge, knowledge integration is the process of understanding knowledge. According to the social exchange theory and behavioral theory of the firm, this paper analysizes the influence factors of integration from four key elements of behavior, i.e., motivation, attitude, technology and environment. Then establishing a research model of the factors influencing knowledge integration behavior of individuals within an organization and put forward the related research hypothesis. The questionnaire designs from the results of previous studies, which combines the used mature table with the research background. Sending out the questionnaires by network and field, and collecting a total of 290 questionnaires, but recovering 234 actually. The questionnaire results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 17.0, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Finally, it was concluded that belief, communication and share desire positive affect knowledge share, while knowledge classification, knowledge reserves and different members have an positive effect on knowledge fusion. Furthermore, there is a significantly positive correlation between knowledge share and knowledge fusion. Then, this paper discusses the results of empirical research, and puts forward suggestions on improving the efficiency of knowledge integration. In the end, the paper summarizes the shortcomings of this study, and prospects for future research.
