With the advent of knowledge society,talents have become the first resource to promote social progress,innovation has become the core competitiveness of economic and social development,and team formation is beneficial to people to integrate resources,coordinate behaviors,and flexibly cope with the increasingly complex external environment.The domestic and overseas focus on the construction of scientific research and innovation team and the support of talents,especially the youth with a strong sense of innovation and innovation passion has become the backbone of scientific research and innovation,and be treasured.Domestic colleges and universities begin to gradually try to build a young scientific research and innovation team,give special support,funding,platform,information and other support to the particular group of young researchers to guide them to have a better and faster growth in its team.But now most researches of the academic community are on the individual young researchers or the general scientific research and innovation team while no specific research is on the young research and innovation team.There is no strong theoretical guidance so that the construction of youth team in colleges and universities can only slowly explore the process,the theory lags behind the practice.In this case,it is necessary and urgent to study the construction of youth team of scientific research and innovation in colleges and universities.Based on the construction of youth team of scientific research and innovation in colleges and universities,this study combines the Resource Dependence Theory and Thompson's Organizational Hierarchy Model to construct an analytical framework,the writer does desultory reading of the extensive domestic and foreign related research,and analyzes the construction elements of the general scientific research and innovation team,and comes to the four main factors that have an impact on team building,including team formation,team operation,policy support and non-policy support.On the basis of literature research,this paper makes an empirical study on the youth team of scientific research and innovation of the Central University of Finance and Economics in the form of in-depth interviews and questionnaires.Gain the first-hand information from the team leader,general members and research staff and other related personnel by the in-depth interviews,and then put forward the theoretical assumptions according to the results of the literature and interviews in order to specially design a questionnaire for the youth team of scientific research and innovation construction in Central University of Finance and Economics.The regression analysis of 123 valid data collected by SPSS has found that these team building factors as "team formation","team operation","policy support" and "non-policy support" were positively related to team building results as “innovative achievement output ",“social reputation" and "member growth".Among them,the "non-policy support " shows a higher significance of the three dimensions of team building.The "policy support" shows a higher significance than the other three factors of "innovation achievement output" and "member growth".The "team operation" shows a higher significance of "social reputation" than other factors,and the overall performance of the "team formation" factor is unsatisfactory.Finally,theory combined with reality,this study puts forward the action strategy of the youth team of scientific research and innovation.
