In athletics, race walking has its own unique technical features. Race waling is a periodic endurance exercise. Different from running, race walking requires strong technical skills of athletes. In high-strength sports, they must keep best skills. In recent years, more researches focus on race walking. This paper adopts star high peptide video resolution system to film the process of the 26 th Taicang Race Walking World Cup Men’s 50 KM Competition, selects athletes who win the first prize, the second prize and the third prize, takes race walking skills adopted by champion, runner-up and second runner-up as research object and study the technical characteristics of race walking.The paper uses literature data method, expert interview method, logic analysis method, mathematical statistics method and three-dimensional camera measurement. The most important method is three-dimensional camera measurement. It applies star high peptide video analytical system to film on spot and post-process the filmed video,then get objective feasible correct data.Research result shows that:1、Gravity fluctuation and hang time of world first class race walking athletes are within rational range. Foul seldom happens. Meanwhile, with the increasing of step size range, their stride frequency doesn’t decline. It indicates that the technical feature of world first class race walking is big step size and stable stride frequency.2、Swinging speed of upper limb of world first class athletes is rational in the process of race walking. The swinging angle is larger than standard value, but the difference of swinging angle of upper limb on left single step and right single step is not big and gravity is stable.3、World first class athletes have no distinctive difference in the swinging speed of knee joint and ankle joint at each phase. This reduces up-down fluctuation and left-right waggling and increases the speed forward. For the first two athletes, their landing angle of ankle joints has greater promotion on the body weight shifting forward. Jared·Tallent misuses backstep strength in acceleration.4、Three athletes have obvious differences in left-right hip swinging skill. It causes instability of body weight; for Jared·Tallent, rotation range of hip at high speed stage is reduced. It causes movement appearance is poor, gravity is unstable and muscle tension causes early fatigue...
