Research objective: "the technology of race walking is the lifeline of race walking",which is very important to improve the performance of race walking. In the long history of the development of race walking,it is the continuous improvement of the race walking technology that helps Chinese race walkers win the crown for many times. However, the young athletes are the reserve strength of China’s race walking events, and the best time for them to form the correct technical concept and establish a reasonable technical structure. In this study, the technical parameters of China’s 14-17 year old male race walkers were analyzed, and the shortcomings of China’s 14-17 year old male race walkers were explored. The aim is to provide scientific guidance for the training and competition of walking race for teenagers,so as to improve the technical level of walking race for teenagers. Methods: Through the literature material method, expert interview method, high speed camera, video analytic method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, with single base of track and field in the young man walking race walking athletes technical kinematics analysis as the research object, exploring the young man,on the basis of full speed rhythm, walker athletes from different age groups at the same speed, the two sides of the whole athletes at different speeds,to explore the young man the technical features of the walker.Results:(1)Comparison of different age groups: left anterior support time showed significant difference(P < 0.05).The hip joint showed significant difference at the time of lifting(P < 0.01).The knee joint was significantly different at the time of leaving the ground(P < 0.05).The Angle between the two thighs was significantly different(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison at different speeds: the step frequency showed a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.01),and that between medium speed and high and low speed showed a significant difference(P < 0.05).The step sizes showed significant differences between high speed and medium speed, high speed and low speed, medium speed and low speed(P < 0.01).The front support time showed significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.01),the middle speed and high speed and low speed showed significant difference(P < 0.05),and the rear support time and air time showed significant difference between high speed and medium speed, high speed and low speed, medium speed and low speed(P< 0.01).There was a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P <0.01),and a significant difference between medium speed and low speed(P < 0.05).When the hip joint was off the ground, there was a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.05).When the knee joint was off the ground, there were significant differences between high speed and low speed, medium speed and low speed(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.05).The difference between high speed and low speed was significant(P< 0.05).The Angle between two thighs showed a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.01),and a significant difference between medium speed and low speed(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between high speed and low speed(P < 0.01),and a significant difference between medium speed and low speed(P < 0.05).(3)Correlation analysis between technical indexes of race walking and single-step speed: step length, step frequency, air time,Angle between two thighs and single-step speed were highly positively correlated(P < 0.01);The supporting time, swinging leg hip and knee Angle were negatively correlated with the single-step velocity(P < 0.01).There was a moderate positive correlation between the hip and knee angles and the speed of one step when the head of the body heaved and the supporting legs were off the ground(P < 0.01).Conclusion :(1)Through the study on the whole speed and rhythm of Chinese young male race walkers,it is found that the whole speed trend of the two groups of athletes is close to each other, and the speed and rhythm is in the shape of "spoon".The difference due to the distance is that the rhythm of the whole course of the 14-15 year old athletes is accelerated--tends to slow down and adjust--accelerates,while the rhythm of the 16-17 year old athletes is accelerated--tends to change speed and adjust--accelerates.(2)Through the analysis of the race walking technique of young male race walkers in China,it is found that the difference affecting the technical level of young male race walkers has nothing to do with age and is closely related to speed. The main technical differences under different speeds are as follows: with the increase of speed, the lower limbs kick off the ground with better effect and swing technology is more active, which leads to the increase of step length, step frequency synchronously, the shortening of support time, the increase of time in the air,and the increase of fluctuation of the top of the body.(3)(3)Through the analysis of the correlation between the walking technical index and the single-step speed of China’s young male race walkers,it is found that the step length and step frequency are most positively correlated with the single-step speed of the athletes, and these two indexes are the key to determine the speed. The front support time and the back support time are most negatively correlated with the speed of one step and are the key factors affecting the step frequency. The supporting leg hip and knee joint at the time of leaving the ground affect the ground force of the lower limb, while the swinging leg hip and knee joint at the time of leaving the ground affect the lower limb swing technique.
