Beijing sports in 2016 to increase the test of football, volleyball, two options, which for junior high school sports teaching put forward higher requirements. How in daily physical education truly for all students, how to make all students to develop, how to face individual disparity between groups of students in the classroom teaching, how is the teachers’ teaching to the students of different learning, how to enable the student to obtain the most suitable for their own education, the status quo for our education proposed new problems and challenges is a problem placed in front of us sharp and can’t be avoided. In order to explore ways and means to solve these problems, this paper, based on the teaching practice of junior middle school in Beijing City, thirty-five, carries out the practical examination and theoretical discussion on the basis of stratified teaching. Sports option class stratification teaching students according to their own interests, hobbies, sports option, in class teaching option according to student’s sports foundation, the physical quality and the movement ability differences in implementation of hierarchical teaching. This paper mainly adopts literature data method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey method, and the collected experimental data were statistics and analysis, on the analysis based on the theory of hierarchical teaching, the specific study of the Beijing city 35 in Ministry of junior high school option hierarchical teaching status and strategies for the implementation of, and do the correlation analysis.
