In the context of exam-oriented education,the traditional teaching model based on the class-based teaching system is prevalent.The class teaching system is a traditional teaching mode that is unified and standard for students.This unidirectional teacher-centered teaching model has improved students' performance to a certain extent,but it has also exposed many problems.For example,hindering the development of students' personality and stifling students' creativity.Causing serious polarization of students and unfair education.Increasing the burden of students' learning,hindering their physical and mental health development.The burden on teachers is aggravated,resulting in unfair competition among teachers,etc.In the new era of rapid development,educators should actively respond to the call for basic education reform,innovate and change the traditional teaching model and cultivate comprehensive talents to meet the needs of social development.Stratified teaching is a kind of differential teaching under the class teaching system.It not only conforms to the “combination”of collective teaching,but also satisfies the “divide” of personality development.It makes up for the deficiency of traditional teaching mode,and It is a kind of teaching method to students in accordance with their aptitude.The purpose of stratified teaching is to face up to the differences among students,so that students can fully express themselves under the collective teaching,and exert their individuality and creativity to promote the all-round development of students.In this study,the author mainly uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,case interview method,statistical analysis method and observation method to explain the related theories of stratified teaching and teaching practice.Teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire were developed respectively to investigate the application status of stratified teaching in rural junior high schools and the teaching effects of stratified teaching in the schools studied by the author.Developed a stratified teaching plan and carried out stratified teaching practice.By referring to the experience of previous studies,combined with the survey results of the pre-test questionnaires and considering various factors,the author used the class implicit stratification teaching.Analysis of student questionnaires and the results of students before and after teaching practice found that stratified teaching effectively alleviated the polarization of the class.It helps to improve students' academic performance,interest in learning,and awareness of cooperation and competition,etc.The practice of stratified teaching has achieved good results.Collecting questionnaires and doing statistical analysis,the author found some problems in the rural stratification teaching in rural junior high school.For example,the stratified teaching is formalized.the stratified teaching system is not perfect.the literacy of teachers in stratified teaching is not enough,etc.The author has analyzed the above issues and made relevant suggestions..
