In this thesis, the research background of A University Industrial Engineering (IE) laboratory was studied, and human environmental risk system in laboratory as the research object. Researched on the risk of human machine environment that we have found the following six questions. First, the safety risk management of the university laboratory is static management, and laboratory information level is not high, and the theoretical method is compared with the aging. Second, there is no systematic design of the model and algorithm directly to the three aspects of risk identification, risk quantification and risk rating in the IE Laboratory of the University. Third, there is no algorithm can be split and combined use in these three links.Fourth, there is no model and algorithm can be started from the risk source input directly to the output of the risk factor rating. Fifth, there is no algorithm to unify the data interface problem in the three links.Sixth, no algorithm is designed to improve the flexibility of the algorithm by using modular input. In order to solve these problems, three models and algorithms have been constructed according to three aspects which in human machine environment risk.The model and algorithm of identifying the risk factors of human machine environment has been designed. First, starting from the input variables of the work package that the work breakdown form of the WBS structure is obtained, and the risk sources of each step refinement work are obtained. Then, through the transformation of risk sources, the risk factors are obtained. Finally, the human computer TI analysis template and its calculation method are designed, and the risk factors are obtained through the filtering of the tolerance index.A model and algorithm for quantifying the risk factors of human machine environment are designed. The model is constructed by the relationship of the elements. The 3D coordinate of human machine environment is constructed, and the data is uniquely identified. First, the location coordinates of the identified risk factor "F" are calculated. Then, each dimension of the weight value "W" and "F" in the three dimensions of the corresponding scores "Jy, Jx, Jz" is set. Finally, through a series of algorithm transformation, the output variable risk value "K" is obtained.A model and algorithm for rating the risk factors of human machine environment are designed. The model is designed, which uses a dual origin input architecture. First of all, the quantitative data of "K" to "F" value at risk ranking is established, and using "W" and "J" these two variables on the "F" ranking is established. Then, using the "sort comprehensive F" of the sort of risk value is modified, and then get the "correct sorting F". Finally, the modified sort is classified by the rating.Though the experiment which’The experiment of the ZCJ-A expansion type double stage cylindrical gear reducer assembly into the warehouse’, the three algorithm is verified. The following issues have been solved. There are experimental risk management problem, three links are system design, split and combination of algorithms, the problem of unified data interface, from the source of the risk of the input directly to the rating results.Finally, according to the IE laboratory man-machine environment risk system of A university.System prototype has been developed, which used the SQL database and VS development platform.The application of information technology in the management of dynamic risk management for the A university was provided.
