With the development of information technology, a large number of network remedial courses have sprung up, the main form after the resources on the network to do for everyone to freedom of learning, also known as digital learning (e-learning), application of information technology too superficial and simplistic. However, the advantages of online education is that interactive learning, learning that the application analysis. This study is based on solving the problem by way of using information technology to design aspects of space, a diagnostic evaluation by computer and artificial combination, obtained by the diagnostic evaluation of a range of information about the knowledge level of the students, for teachers and students provide more feedback, so as to promote student learning, improve teaching quality.As the network is based on student-centered education to promote learning, independent learning, especially school students, accustomed to the teacher, in the self-learning process, it is difficult to know their own vulnerability in learning where. The main purpose of the network is to remedial courses leak filled, but said resource-based learning method is very similar to the teacher "spoon-feeding" teaching model, which is the current network can not properly complete remedial courses reason for that purpose, and this Study the principles of diagnostic evaluation is through the analysis of students in the process of solving problems, they found loopholes in learning, in order to achieve solution to the current lack of specific remedial courses network learning.In this study, "Smith-Reagan" teaching model based and meaningful learning theory, learning theory and the results of classification under the guidance of master learning theory, based on the design of the teaching model of network diagnostic evaluation of remedial courses. Students’ learning organization through middle school mathematics tutoring program to verify the actual results, which proved:to carry out a diagnostic assessment based network and the aim of teaching remedial courses is feasible and very necessary.
