Reading is the source of the life of Chinese teaching, and reading is the source of the water for the Chinese language learning. In Chinese language learning, listening, speaking, reading and writing activities can not be separated from the reading of the media. How to effectively reading, to better carry out reading, true to this cultural heritage, promote the students’ Chinese accomplishment, improve the ability of language and literature, and promote the all-round development and lifelong development, these become the starting point and the objective of today’s Chinese teaching reform.With the spring breeze of teaching reform, Lu Shuihe township area in the autumn of 2009 began the implementation of the "language of the subject of study" this teaching reform experiment. The experiment is carried out, and follows the basic idea and principle of Chinese subject study, so as to realize a large number of independent reading in the course of the students, and promote the learning and development. There are three middle schools in the town area of Lu Shuihe, which is still in the development of the subject of Chinese language learning experiment. Three schools in this experiment continued to carry out, the Chinese language teaching has a good harvest, but also gradually revealed some problems. At the same time, it also increases the attraction of the Chinese language classroom to the junior middle school students, and helps to carry out the Chinese thematic study.This paper discusses the four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including the problem, research purpose and significance, research status, research scope and methods, the main definition content. The second chapter covers the theoretical basis for the study of Chinese language and the principles of the implementation of the two aspects of the principles of language learning. The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the implementation of the Chinese thematic learning in the Township Middle School of Lu Shuihe, including the basic situation of the survey design and implementation of the object, To investigate and analyze the current situation of the teachers and students in the Middle School of the Lu Shuihe, and then analyze the achievements of the Chinese thematic learning from the perspective of teachers and students,At the same time, it also analyzes the problems in the development of Chinese theme study.
