Informal groups exist objectively in junior middle school students,which can not be ignored in school management.In the township junior middle schools where left behind children are common,informal groups are both common and special.Whether we can effectively manage the informal groups of township junior middle schools will not only affect the physical and mental health development of students,but also affect the smooth development of school education and teaching management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the management of informal groups of township junior middle school students,understand the basic situation of informal groups of township junior middle school students,analyze the problems existing in the management of informal groups of township junior middle school students,and put forward targeted management strategies to promote the positive development of informal groups of township junior middle school students.On the one hand,it can promote the healthy growth of township junior middle school students,improve the education and teaching management level of township junior middle school,and then improve the education and teaching quality of township junior middle school;On the other hand,it can enrich the theoretical research of informal groups of township junior middle school students and provide reference for formulating policies to promote the positive development of informal groups of township junior middle school students.This study takes a township middle school in an urban area of Nanning as the research object.Using four research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and observation,311 junior middle school students were given a questionnaire on the spot,using spss26 0 statistical analysis of data,46 students,teachers and parents in the class were interviewed,supplemented by on-site observation.Based on interpersonal relationship theory and humanistic theory,this paper understands the current situation of informal groups of township junior middle school students from five dimensions: group existence status,group formation reasons,group characteristics,group types and group management.The survey results show that the school has certain management measures for the informal group of students,the students have demand for group education and high satisfaction with group management,and there is a certain causal relationship between the development trend of the informal group of students and the way of school management.The survey found the following problems: the understanding of students’ informal groups needs to be improved;Lack of relevant management system for students’ informal groups;The management of students’ informal groups is not in place;The educational resultant force of informal groups of students is insufficient.This paper discusses the reasons for the corresponding management problems: the lack of relevant training guidance and paying too much attention to students’ academic performance affect the understanding of students’ informal groups;The lack of educational resultant force and utilitarian management affect the construction of students’ informal group system;Teachers’ low enthusiasm and heavy work pressure affect the management of students’ informal groups;The lack of family education affects the development of students’ informal group management;The potential impact of community(Village)atmosphere on students’ informal groups.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures:improve the understanding of students’ informal groups;Establish relevant management systems for students’ informal groups;"Teaching students according to their aptitude" for informal groups of students;Build an educational community of family school and community(Village)for informal groups of students.
