The Application Of Case Management In Community Drug Rehabilitation

Drug abuse has become a serious social problem in our country.Community drug addiction as a new drug treatment mode, can effectively reduce the relapse rate, so as to help drug addicts to adapt to society, and promote social harmony and stability.Case management is a kind of social work method to provide social services for the case that there are many kinds of demands but cannot use the social resources effectively.The use of case management in community drug rehabilitation work, can help the case to reduce the relapse, and improve the employment rate, solve various problems in life.Case management plays an important role in reducing the relapse rate of community drug rehabilitation.This paper takes the G community in Suzhou city as the research object, to explore the pattern of community drug rehabilitation. This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the research origin, research significance, literature review, theoretical guidance, research design and so on.The second chapter introduces the application of case management in the community drug rehabilitation work in Suzhou City.The third chapter focuses on the specific case, the case background, case assessment, goal setting, service plan etc. Also explore the specific application of case management in G community drug rehabilitation in Suzhou. In the fourth chapter, some problems in community drug treatment are discussed, and the future of community drug rehabilitation work is prospected.
