For thousands of years, it has great influence on the lifestyle, values of life, work and emotion of Tujia people.At the same time, it also reflects Tujia people’s culture and educational functiuons. In current situation of the fusion of the culture background, Through sayerhe dance mining, collation and analysis, I put forward my own opinion of sayerhe dance inheritance and dissemination. I would try my best to spread this excellent traditional sports project in current social background.The framework of this paper is made up of six parts.
