The author carry out research mainly from Wu yunrui’s production and his educational practice, the thesis uses literature data method to analysis how and when Wu’s ideology formed.The result of the studies are:Wu Yunrui’s ideology become perfect in three reasons:(1) The introduction of western educational system into China, it made possible that he can carry out his study. (2) The patriotism in traditional culture to provide him learn physical education with power. (3) Wu yunrui’s self effort factor——Mccloy is his guide, Jesse F Williams’s train, his tour to the europe and his exprence of education when he back to his motherland, these factors eventually lead to the formation of his thought. Wu yunrui’s school physical education ideology are expressed in:He underlined the unity of body and mind; Put forward the scientific ciew of development of school physical education; Advocate all-round development, especially on the moral physical education; Emphasizing the physical education can promote the forward the ciew of the training of physical education teachers to combine the social needs; Advocated the popularization of modern sports; Pay attention to women’s and children’s physical education.
