The Study On Project Management Of Campus Card Of XCZJ

As the basic project of digital campus, the campus card system is an important part of the digital campus, which provides a convenient and quick service for teachers and students, and improves the management efficiency of the school.With the integration of campus development, gradually expand the scale of vocational schools, and hardware facilities and gradually improve, vocational campus information construction has gradually matured, vocational campus "card" is to get attention, and gradually began to implement.XCZJ is a national key vocational school, the government spent hundreds of millions of high standards to build the new school modernization. The modern campus needs the support of information construction. The construction time of the card is tight, the tasks are interrelated, variable, and the cost is limited. Need scientific method to guide the project’s smooth progress.In this paper, the project management knowledge, the XCZJ campus card project as an example, the project implementation process of the progress plan and schedule control to be studied, this paper expounds the application of project management theory in the specific engineering. From the point of view of theory and practice, the corresponding control plan model is constructed.This paper first introduces the project, project management, project progress management theory, introduces the principle and method of project schedule management, and secondly introduces the XCZJ campus card project specific situation and its overall planning.
