Security management is an important part of student management work, do a good job in safety management of students, to protect the students’ physical and mental health to ensure school teaching order and the student life in order, realize the school’s training objectives, and maintaining social harmony and stability, has a pivotal role.The study to the students of junior middle school safety management as the research object, mainly by literature research, induction and analysis, student interviews, questionnaires and other methods, on City J Z County school student safety management present situation investigation and analysis of, and in view of the existing problems, and puts forward the reasonable and effective methods and measures to resolve, to look forward to for the government administrative departments of education, engaged in education and research of schools and personnel provide certain theoretical reference. At the same time, we hope that through this study, we can make a contribution to the rapid development of junior high school.This paper mainly aims at the junior high school campus safety management present situation to carry on the analysis, and in view of the present situation the problem one by one carries on the analysis, and puts forward the suitable solution strategy for the concrete question. In order to understand the junior high school campus safety management of the specific situation, the author of Jilin province Z city J County conducted a field survey. Through the survey found that Z County junior high school, took a series of measures, the campus safety management work has made some achievements, but there are still many problems, mainly:school traffic safety management no specific management measures; school canteen food safety supervision ineffective; school canteen sanitation filthy; school infrastructure, no regular inspection and maintenance; school security is not responsible; schools surrounding environment rectification ineffective; schools do not attach importance to psychological safety of students.In view of the existence of the above problems, and has made the analysis one by one, based on proposed recommendations are as follows:strengthen the leadership of the school safety awareness; according to the regulation of food safety, implement the responsibility system; strict according to the provisions on the administration of the canteen staff; arrange responsible for canteen hygiene management, and management responsibilities; schools to provide opportunities for students to consciously and independent and effective supervision combined; enlarging the funds investment; improve the safety management system; the clear responsibility of the main; establish people-oriented students view.
