With participating their riding activities, I try to understand the type and process of the Wolf’s activities, to observe and to summarize the interactive features of members, then to find out the recognition of the Wolfs members, the impact of themselves as well as their interpersonal characteristics.Through observing the Wolfs interactive process, I found that there are some interactive laws, online and offline interactive crossed, symbols play an important role, role assignments can be taken shape through interaction are included. In addition, managers can be emerged while members participate in the interaction, and the interpersonal characteristics as well as sub-groups are brought about. Meanwhile, the group identity are generated in the interaction, gradually regulate the conduct of members and to provide resources for the individual to find a sense of belonging and self-identity. At the same time, the characteristics of the Wolf’s interaction and relationships can provide realistic significance for the development of formal organizations and social integration. But the mobility and openness feature of interest margin groups results in inevitable defects, members’identity of the group are limited, as well as the social resources for providing social integration, and the conflict within the group may not be can promote the group’s unity.
