Adolescent health effects of physical activity has been widely recognized, the state of adolescent physical health of growing concern, and by conducting physical activity of young people working to solve the problem of adolescent physical health has become a social and policy trends, clarify adolescent physical activity and recreation affect the associated factors, and thus targeted implementation of leisure physical activity interventions to improve adolescent health.This study aims to understand the basic status of students in Shanghai leisure physical activity, focusing on the students leisure sports activities, exploration of Shanghai students leisure physical activity and its influence factors associated with the analysis of existing problems, on this basis, on reasonable suggestion to solve the problem, and thus have a positive impact on leisure physical activity in Shanghai primary school students of physical health.Through literature, social ecology theory established on the basis of factors influence the system in Shanghai primary school students leisure physical activity, by cluster sampling to Shanghai 7(Jinshan District, Huangpu District, Baoshan District,Nanhui District, Pudong District, Yangpu District, Chongming District) area of 1120 students questionnaires were returned of 1026 copies, 932 valid questionnaires.Questionnaire by the students in Shanghai Investigation leisure physical activity and risk factors of two parts. Use spss20.0 recovery survey data for statistical analysis, the main use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and other methods to students in Shanghai Leisure physical activity and its influencing factors.The results showed that students in Shanghai is still a sense of leisure time physical activity accounted for more than half lack select the venue to the park, home,school-based, choose gyms and clubs are less. Leisure physical activity participation of students in Shanghai at low, medium strength-based, choose to walk activities,project running, skipping and so easy to participate in the main static leisure physical activity means such as extracurricular books, playing computer, watching TV occupies can not be ignored proportion. Gender Differences in Shanghai schoolchildren leisure physical activity is not obvious, but the obvious difference between grades, the student’s grade level of leisure physical activity increased year-old downward trend, and in the ninth grade students are most obvious; in addition to seventh-graders, and social policy factors generally exhibit affected by the presence of low-intensity recreational physical activity; interpersonal support factors on student weekend low-intensity recreational physical activity most obvious impact of the Shanghai students leisure physical activity to friends support factor is the most significant, followed by teacher support, parental support but the lowest; the impact of Shanghai students leisure physical activity levels of the factors in accordance significant degree followed by environmental factors, interpersonal support factors,social and policy factors, individual factors, but a significant difference was not significant; the factors significantly sorted results and learning day and week low,consistent intensity and weekend moderate recreational physical activity; low,medium and high intensity levels were run, the factors only low-intensity andmoderate-intensity recreational physical level have a significant impact significance the impact on high-intensity was not significant.Thus recommends the following: let the children participate in low intensity recreational physical activity is more appropriate, schools and government level for the students to create a relaxing environment, physical activity, students should be able to adapt to the needs of simple and easy to participate in leisure physical activity.Create more walking environment, cycling environment these students usually use more casual environment to meet the needs of the student recreational sports; sports law and order to the students always guaranteed; sports venues opening up primary and secondary schools should be, as the case may school set required to meet the needs of students as a precondition; parents should supervise their children to minimize contact with the Internet and television, encourage and accompany the child to participate in physical exercise; earnestly reduce students’ academic burden,safeguard students to exercise an hour a day; different ages students are given different leisure physical activity guide, activity intensity should be moderate; the interaction between children of the same age may be more direct, to encourage students interested in the formation of interest groups or clubs is necessary.
