In recent years,the research on the influencing factors of mathematics achievements of high school students has become a hotspot in the field of educational research.Scientific and reasonable attribution not only helps high school students reduce math anxiety and develops math literacy,but also helps the school implement the fundamental task of enhance morality and foster talents.The author takes 322 students and 7 teachers from Qingdao No.2 Middle School as the research subjects,divides the influencing factors into individual and teacher levels,collects research data by distributing questionnaires and test papers,uses SPSS24 and HLM7 software for statistical analysis.The purpose of this study is to get a knowledge of the influence of individual factors,teacher factors and their interaction on math achievements.The influence of cross-level interaction is an innovation of this study.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)From the perspective of individual factors,classroom participation,learning duration,parents' education and interests in learning mathematics will significantly predict the math achievements of students.Test anxiety is a negative predictor of math achievement.Gender and whether to participate in extra-curricular tutoring have no significant effect on students' math achievements.(2)From the perspective of teachers,teachers' teaching age,teachers' expectations,teacher-student relationship,and time for marking assignments are all significant positive predictors of mathematics achievements.Teachers' qualification has a significant negative impact on math scores.Teachers' gender,the atmosphere of the mathematics classroom,and teachers' preparation time have no significant effect on students' math achievements.(3)Partial interactions at the individual-teacher level have a significant impact on high school students' mathematics achievements: teachers' teaching age has a significant positive impact on students' mathematics achievements through the degree of student participation,the duration teachers spend on correcting assignments has a significant positive effect on students' math achievements through their class participation.In the end,based on the research conclusion and the actual situation of teachers and students,the author puts forward some suggestions from the two dimensions of students and teachers that can help high school students to improve the mathematics achievements and develop the mathematics literacy.
