As History choice question almost account for half of History test scores in college entrance examination paper,they are very important in History test of College Entrance Examination.In recent years,the number of History tests has sat at 11 or 12,which involves 25 learning points of compulsory Senior High History. Thus,History choice questions in college entrance examination paper must be designed with a different emphasis.In recent years,a majority of studies on choice questions in History test of College Entrance Examination have focused on analysis of a single question,with test designing thought and problem-solving paths as the pointcut,and thus, there is a lack of quantitative research. This paper selects History choice questions in college entrance examination paper(except Shanghai paper) during 2010-2015 as the objects and describes distribution of knowledge points to reflect the content features of those choice questions in recent years. Additionally, it also conducts quantitative analysis to part of types and reading amount of those choice questions.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part conducts quantitative analysis to knowledge points mainly involved in choice questions of History test. Those knowledge points can be classified into two categories:compulsory and elective ones, among which the former is the target of the quantitative analysis. In compulsory contents, the knowledge points tested are counted by two different distribution ways:the first way is to check the distribution of knowledge points in learning points. The learning point the most frequently tested is the basis structure and characteristics of the ancient Chinese economy and the learning point which is the least frequently tested is the culture science and technology of modern China, which can reflect the trends of choice questions. The second way is to check distribution of knowledge points in test-question topics. The Modern Chinese Political History is the knowledge point that is the most frequently tested and the world ancient history of thought is the one that is the least frequently tested. This paper hopes to reflect the content features of choice questions in History test of College Entrance Examination from multiple perspectives, so that the front-line teachers can understand content features and trend of those choice questions. This paper also combs through the tested knowledge points in elective contents, and separately analyzes on a quantitative basis the questions historically repeated.The second part analyzes on a quantitative basis the choice questions of national college entrance examination paper(I) and mainly summarizes the distribution of the mainly tested knowledge points in different learning points. After comparing the distribution of knowledge points tested in national college entrance examination paper in different learning points with the conclusions of the first part, it can be found that distribution of knowledge points is highly similar.The third part analyzes different forms of choice questions in History test and conducts quantitative analysis mainly from the perspectives of types of stem, options form and reading volume. As for types of stem, quantitative analysis is conducted mainly from the perspectives of manifestations of writings in classical Chinese and chart appearance, further showing the students’ ability in reading and comprehension by completing choice questions in History test.
