The Socialist Core Values Into The Study Of College Students’ Daily Life

The 18 th CPC National Congress for the first time advocated by National Ideology that we should promote prosperity, democracy, civility, and harmony, uphold freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law and advocate patriotism, dedication, integrity, and fr iendship, so as to cultivate and observe core socialist values. In December 2013, "opinions on the cultivation and practice of the core socialist values " issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee defined that the 12 characters 24 words out of "three to promote" as the basic content of the core socialist values, required the core socialist values to be integrated into people’s daily life, into the whole process of national education. College students is the country’s future and the nation’s hope, bear great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s dream of historical responsibility. Apparently it’s valuable and significant to integrate core socialist values into college students’ daily life, and constantly strengthen their approval of the core socialist values, as well as to improve their self-consciousness to the core socialist values.Daily life is one of the important places where the core socialist values is well reflected. The core socialist values is from daily life, and leading the development of daily life at the same time. With the scientific definition and interpretation of the three core concepts of the core socialist values, daily life and integration, and on the basis of the internal connection of the core socialist values and daily life, the important value and significance of the integration of the core socialist values into college students’ daily life is put forward in this article. Specifically, it is conducive to enhancing college students’ ideological and moral quality, to cultivate new citizens with four qualifications, to standardize the college students’ daily life, to promote the healthy growth of college students, to resist penetration of Western values, maintain national ideology security and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.It’s a long-term historic task to integrate the core socialist values into college life, and the integration of its related content has been continuously carried out. After years of efforts, especially the party and the state requires to cultivate and practice core socialist values positively, the activities of integrating the core socialist values into college life increases a lot, many ways keep expanding, the actual effect is continuously enhanced. Meaning while, there are some deviations in the concept of integration, some deficiencies in content, the ways are simple and rough, the effect is not ideal, etc. The main reason is about that the expression of the socialist core values is not concise, the impact of value pluralism in the period of social transition, mass media guidance and education are not enough, and have a close relationship with the fact that the ideological and political education work is not solid enough.Integrating the core socialist values into the target tasks of College students’ daily life---Motivated learning, polite communication,aspiring idea, rational consumption. Based on three ways of learning--- extracurricular activities, and online publicity and classroom theory education, the core socialist values integrate into College students’ daily life by Theory preach, system norms, model demonstration, activity promotion, practice and media guidance.The integration of the core socialist values into college students’ daily life is a systematic process, which requires the cooperation of families,universities and society. And college students, educators and theoretical workers need to participate in the whole process. There still is great research potential of theoretical studies on the integration of the core socialist values into college students’ daily life, for recent researches mainly focus on empirical studies. Based on the present situation, in this paper, the author strives to bring forth new targets, tasks, approaches and methods to integrate the core socialist values into college students’ daily life, aiming at improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the integration of the core socialist values into college students’ daily life. In the future, both the theoretical and the practical workers should deem it as their duty to cultivate and act on the core socialist values, and they should spare no efforts to improve citizens’ cognition, recognition and practice of the core socialist values and do their utmost to expand and enhance the influence of the core socialist values.
