The Cultivation Research Of Female University Students Entrepreneurial Spirit

China is currently in a new development period which aims to build a moderately prosperous society and accelerate socialist modernization, and as the basically realized popularization of higher education, employment of graduates becomes an inevitable problem. With the policy and environment support from the government and country upholding "public entrepreneurship and popular innovation", many female graduates have chosen to develop their own businesses. However, the severe employment situation, the outbreak of the global economic crisis and other negative factors have posed a serious challenge for female graduates to start their own businesses. Based on analysis of female’s failed entrepreneurship experience, the author has found that these failed women generally lack an entrepreneurship spirit of keeping on fighting. The author believes that entrepreneurship spirit can be developed, and it is a spiritual support for entrepreneurship as well as a prerequisite and foundation to educate female college students as entrepreneurial talents. That is the focus of this paper, namely how to educate female college students to have an entrepreneurship spirit.This paper includes five main sections. The first section is the introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, research status both at home and abroad, research methods and innovative points. The second part describes theories relevant to the education of contemporary female college students’entrepreneurial spirit; it firstly presents definitions relevant to female students’entrepreneurship and then introduces the Marxist theory of women, frustration education and entrepreneurship spirit education, which provides guidance and theoretical support for female entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship spirit education is not only an urgent requirement proposed by the employment situation of female students, but also a necessary requirement of Marxism on the overall development of the people, a revelation given by successful female entrepreneurs both at home and abroad as well as a necessary requirement for female students’own development. The third section analyzes problems existing in female college students’entrepreneurship education from the perspective of the storage of targeted entrepreneurship education, female’s gender characteristics and the shackles of traditional social and family thoughts. The fourth section analyzes specific reasons affecting female college students’entrepreneurship education in terms of school education, students’own causes, and the social entrepreneurship environment. The fifth section is the focus of this paper, which suggests strengthening female college students’ entrepreneurship confidence and optimizing environment for the entrepreneurship spirit education through the improvement of curriculum system, the development of female students-oriented practice activity and the building of entrepreneurial support system, which will thus help enhance female students’entrepreneurship spirit and improve female students’personality, thus promoting students to carry out entrepreneurship activities and relieving pressure on the employment of female graduates.
