Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment On The Entrepreneurial Willingness Of Female College Students

Entrepreneurship has become an important way to promote national economic development,and our country and society continue to pay more attention to entrepreneurship.According to the theory of social gender,physiological gender difference is not the reason to remove women from the labor market.We should face up to the gender difference,give full play to the gender advantage,and promote the common development of men and women.At present,the division of labor between men and women in the society is different from the previous " breadwinning men and homemaking women" mode.Women are active in the labor market.In the field of entrepreneurship,the activity of female entrepreneurs is gradually increasing,and they have made outstanding achievements.College students are high-quality talents trained by the state,so,college students’ entrepreneurship is highly valued by the state and society.Because of that female college students have both the roles of college students and women,Female college students’ entrepreneurial groups have high particularity.Entrepreneurial environment drives the generation of entrepreneurial intention,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial intention of female college students.Based on the GEM(Global Entrepreneurship observation model),which is a highly recognized global entrepreneurial environment model,this paper uses literature analysis and interview data to summarize the influencing factors of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial willingness of female college students,and integrates and supplements the GEM model,and constructs a conceptual model of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial willingness of female college students,including 11 variables,and analyze the relationship between variables,put forward 22 research hypotheses.Then through the questionnaire data collection,I use the method of structural equation model for empirical analysis,and the structural equation model was evaluated and modified to verify the research hypotheses,clear the relationship between variables.The data results show that the structural equation model is suitable for the impact of entrepreneurial environment on the entrepreneurial intention of female college students.Finally,based on the empirical research results,from the perspective of entrepreneurial environment,with the government and universities as the main body,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of female college students.Female college students’ entrepreneurship has become one of the important ways to promote the national economic development.Studying the impact of entrepreneurial environment on female college students’ entrepreneurial will be conducive to explore the feasible ways to enhance female college students’ entrepreneurial intention and create a positive social entrepreneurial atmosphere,which has important practical significance for the national economic development and social harmony and stability.
