Research On The Current Situation And Cultivation Of College Students’ Network Literacy

With the popularity of the Internet and network information transparency, "the Internet" has gradually become the contemporary college students to know the world and broaden horizons, to acquire knowledge, find information important channel. Network information, however, numerous and complicated, the good and bad are intermingled, college students’ ability to distinguish between right and wrong, self-control ability is not strong, if not necessary network literacy education of college students, it may cause students influenced by negative information network, have adverse consequences. Therefore, how to through the network literacy education to help college students is reasonable, good health, the right to use the Internet, is the realistic subject of ideological and political education.In this paper, first of all, on the basis of the foreign and domestic research about network quality, clarify the network literacy connotation, composition and characteristics of network literacy, think network literacy by cognitive ability, network capacity, network operation ability, ability, the four aspects of network information, and further expounds the importance of network literacy. Second, the college students in Hubei province as the research object, design the questionnaire survey analysis, summed up the positive aspects of college students’ network accomplishment as well as the existing problems, and from the students themselves, the network environment, the network literacy education, the social public opinion, government regulation and other aspects of comprehensive analysis the cause of the problem. Finally, combining with the actual situation, learning from predecessors’ research results, aiming at the problems of Hubei province college students network literacy, exploratory from three aspects to put forward the strategy of cultivating college students’ network accomplishment: inner driving force, improve the network literacy education itself; Using the main position in colleges and universities, to strengthen college students’ network literacy education; Strengthen social regulation and guidance, optimize the environment of college students’ network literacy cultivation. In order to improve college students’ network accomplishment, to help students correct cognition, rational use of network, improve themselves, so as to be able to use network to promote the healthy development of self, finally can meet the needs of social development.
