Teaching reflection as a teaching mechanism, contains profound education faith.These deep philosophy of education reveals the value demands of teaching reflection.It committed to promoting the professional development of teachers and forming equitable of class and teachers’ wisdom.This study uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing,observation and case study method. This study focus on two problems :First of all, we have surveyed and interviewed parts of primary and secondary school’s teachers and education researchers, To learn about their perceptions of mathematics teaching of reflection, and the ways when they teaching.Though analyizing of the factors that affect the mathematics teaching of the first-line teachers.Secondly, using case analysis method, collecting teaching cases, according to the metacognitive theory and other teaching cases in the teaching of reflection analysis.To summarize the teaching suggestions on the effective promotion of mathematics teaching.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:First, although the domestic and foreign research on teaching reflection is quite rich, but on the mathematics teaching reflection theory and practice guidance are still inadequate; in mathematics, the understanding needs reflect, the development of thinking and mathematics need to reflect, the professional development of mathematics teachers need to reflect on. Therefore, mathematics teaching reflection includes the teacher’s reflection on mathematics knowledge and teaching activity.Second, although teachers have a good understanding on teaching reflection, in teaching reflection practice, the way is simple, and shorting of the guidance in education and teaching theory, the object of reflection also has limited,which mainly by the external and internal factors, the teacher’s mathematics teaching reflection can’t reach the need to further promote the professional growth.Third, through the literature review, case studies, and reflection about the study,the main ways to improve the teaching reflection of mathematics teaching are as follows:To enhance the educational theories, to cultivate reflective consciousness;developing personal practical knowledge, to improve the ability of reflection, broaden the way of reflection based on action research, creating a good reflection of the atmosphere, and promoting communication and cooperation.The consciousness of teaching reflection in teaching practice must be the way for mathematics teachers to become "development teacher”. Hoping this study will lead to more teachers to focus on teaching reflection and practice.
