| Huaxi University Town was founded in 2009, the town’s colleges and universities sprawling, beautiful campus environment, excellent sports facilities. Huaxi University Town and the surrounding campus is rich in natural resources and new teaching comprehensive training hall, convenient transportation for students with more healthy recreational options. Students focus away from the town, their living and learning environment is different from the original old campus. Faced with new living and learning environment, how to guide students to establish a healthy lifestyle so that healthy development of body and mind is important. Leisure and sports content is rich, and has a high degree of participation in fitness, education, and entertainment, adjust the pressure of life and other characteristics, is a healthy and civilized sports science, to meet the development needs of modern college students. In this paper, factors involved in leisure sports activities by Huaxi University Town students, guide students to identify the body and mind in a healthy lifestyle and healthy development of countermeasures to obtain.The main conclusions recommendations:(1) Huaxi University Town Students’ Sports Leisure attitude: Huaxi University Town students for recreational sport activities have a correct understanding of the importance, different leisure sports activities motives.(2) Characteristics of Leisure Sports Behavior of College Students Town Huaxi University as follows: leisure sports are different, but biased in favor of classroom or sports involved.(3) Factors are internal and external factors. The main recommendations(1) Schools help students to establish a correct Leisure Sports;(2) School to help promote students’ parents to actively participate in recreational sports activities to drive student active participation(3) improve the curriculum, schools use the traditional advantages of sports and school surrounding nature physical education curriculum resource development material. |
