Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of College Students' Network Literacy

Now the Internet,as the air and water for us,profoundly changes people's lifestyles and habits of mind.In the network environment,the individuals can take advantage of the power internet to achieve self-empowerment,such as using personal media,information dissemination,etc.Individuals have a greater involvement of the rights to speak,to break the traditional center of the spread pattern,so that the information transmission and reception become more open and transparent,freer and more flexible,and with higher participation.The mobile Internet network,with the representative of the smart phones,and further shorten the distance of human life,has gradually become an extension of people's body.However,when the development of human society is inseparable from the network,we should reflect on how to give full play to the positive role of the network,to avoid its negative effects.We do not just need a mouse,what we really need is to build with suitable qualities,and these qualities permeate different levels of ability among individuals,groups,and societies.It requires that we should establish an effective and efficient information contact with pipes and mechanisms to maintain a critical thinking,independent thinking,knowing how to use the network constantly optimize their own lives,rather than being controlled media;it should go beyond mere network technical application,using the internet for better public expression and rational dialogue,release its positive energy.It is the inevitable result of the social development in internet age that students loves using internet.Students acts as a body-conscious,not negative information “receiver”,but interpret and creator of the world's information network.Students formed its own unique network quality in the process of exploring the relationships between true self and virtual self.The difference of the network quality further influence the habits and thinking of the university students.Therefore,work out and implement educational strategy is very essential in guiding students to improve their network quality in the process of using the network.And that is also worthy of study.This paper takes university students' network quality in Guizhou as the research object,investigates the use of “we chat” of university students in Huaxi University Town.This paper centres on “raise the question”,“analysis the question”,“solve the question”,namely: What is the students' network quality,what kind of network quality does university students need? What's the current situation and problems of university students' network quality in Guizhou? How to promote the university students' network quality? This paper centres on these issues,using questionnaires to find problems and put forward suggestions to solve these problems.Finally,this paper put forward suggestions on the construction of students' rational critical thinking.So that the students have a good network discriminative ability to obtain the best network resources,and form the excellent mode of self-learning,self-development,and self-restraint in surfing internet,thus to enhance the overall quality and ability.
