From The Perspective Of Urban Expansion The Study On Urban Culture Gene

City is a material carrier of human civilization, which embodies the connotation and characteristics of urban culture;urban environment is essentially human cultural environment. Culture is the soul and vitality of the city and it determines the vitality, cohesion and creativity of a city.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the urban culture constructing. From the cultural perspective of city, city expanding space how to get the meaning of culture, how to pay more attention to the urban construction culture of mining and injection, which are to promote to solve the problems such as urban environmental degrading, urban memory losing, disordering of urban construction, lacking of city culture and so on a series of problems.City culture gene refers to the urban culture which is unique to the city, the carrying of information, and is the performance of the organic integration by history and modern civilization, the architectural style, the pattern of the city. Cultural genes have the characteristics of regional originality, different uniqueness, condensation the radioactivity, and innovation sustainability. Cultural genes also have functions of inheritance, aggregation, guidance, standardization, education, restriction, peculiarity, resources and power. Based on urban expansion, cultural genes have the integration relationship between inheritance and innovation, stack and collapse, parasitism and derivation.Based on the perspective of city expansion, taking Shijiazhuang city as an example, the paper studies how to strengthen the cultural construction of city genes, such as to inherit and innovate in the expansion of city cultural genes’ unity; to stack and collapse of the sedimentation of existing building cultural genes; and to transform the culture genes of parasitic in the form of derivation; to integrate new and old, inside and outside the building of cultural genes, the formation of the whole sequence and order. Based on the above research, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion, such as relying on historical culture and casting urban culture brand; based on the local culture and cultivating urban special culture; innovating urban culture and creating the culture of the city; paying attention to the cultural connotation and strengthening city culture, in order to realize the beneficial exploration from the deep cognition of urban culture to the urban planning and design practice.
