Carried out the new round curriculum reform, the primary school mathematics classroom put forward a series of new requirements and new challenges. With the reform deepening, the primary school mathematics teaching in certain achievements made at the same time, also exposed some problems. Such as the students’ ability to self-learning is weak, lack of cooperation and so on. In addition, the excessive pursuit of knowledge in practical classroom teachers target and ignore the phenomenon of the student main body status is worth every educator to thinking. The concept of "Trans teaching into learning" education reform is under the background of these problems, promote attention to student’s main body status, "every student has activities, each student has chances, attention to each student". These ideas are coincide with the requirement of new curriculum reform. This study attempts to implement the change in the primary school mathematics classroom teaching to study way of education reform, to explore primary school mathematics “trans teaching into learning” classroom learning activity design and implementation of strategy, thus to solve the problems in the primary school mathematics new curriculum reform, optimize the classroom teaching effect, provide a new approach to improve students’ autonomous learning ability.This research mainly divided into three stages:First, the theory preparation stage. In this phase, refer to a large number of relevant literature, summarized the reality status of the primary school mathematics classroom, asking questions, and summarizes the connotation of “trans teaching into learning”, and its teachers, students, learning content, learning activity design and class organization form and related theoretical basis, to prepare for the later research.Second, action research stage. In this phase, participants selected the urumqi, a primary school class 1 grade 3, study follow the basic steps of action research, supplemented by observation, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to explore “trans teaching into learning” effect and the implementation of the strategy; At the same time, select " How to know the perimeter" and "How to compare Fraction" two classes for the learning activity design in-depth discussion and analysis.Third, summarizes the stage. Through analyzing the process of action, a questionnaire on the students, analyzing the class teacher’s interview, must change teaching classroom for students to learn positive effect, also found that teaching to learn in the classroom should pay attention to the problems, such as teachers ability to steering, positioning and so on.Finally, put forward the shortcomings of this study, the paper points out the future research.
