The new curriculum reform more focus on students self-learning ability, training students teamwork ability, while promoting the school to build a "people-centered" teaching philosophy. Since 2001 our basic curriculum for a new round of reform, inquiry-based education pedagogy become effective teaching methods. However, the current infrastructure of basic education is not perfect, but a team of teachers of basic education uneven levels of knowledge and ability, to understand and grasp teaching theory and practical application is not ideal, therefore, to explore the teaching in primary school as a representative of basic education Role play is not obvious. Inquiry teaching method for students awareness of innovation and the ability to have a greater knowledge of the time to help inspire students to improve the ability to solve their problems by exploring knowledge. China’s current primary research scholars inquiry-based learning method is not much, application status and operation of primary inquiry-based learning method is not clear. According to the actual situation of China’s primary education, research exploring method is very necessary.In this paper to explore the teaching and learning of mathematics teaching in primary schools for the study of the Effect theme, Beijing Chaoyang experimental school for the real object of study, through the analysis of literature exploring method to undertake a comprehensive study and analysis of mathematics teaching in primary schools.
