The Research Of College Culture Construction Of Colleges And Universities In Xinjiang Led By Modern Culture

The sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out in the reform of cultural system, to vigorously strengthen cultural system reform,promote the continuous development of cultural undertakings and progress. College culture, as an important part of social culture, plays a very important role in improving cultural soft power and promoting the development of social undertakings.As an important positions of talent cultivation in Xinjiang, colleges and universities have been committed to important measures to service and develop Xinjiang and always combine its own development with construction of autonomous region. In the long process of "learning by doing", colleges and universities continuously improve the level of the college culture construction, deepening its own characteristics and speed up the reform of cultural system, to send large Numbers of talented persons to rapid development Xinjiang. And combined with the actual requirement of development of Xinjiang in specific period, Autonomous region party committee and put forward "the development of modern culture as the leading" as the concept of development, which is important measures related to the development of global Xinjiang and plays a good demonstration effect in the development and progress in every field of Xinjiang. Thus, in the construction of college culture in Xinjiang, we should always adhere to the development of modern culture as the leading and strengthen the construction of college culture in Xinjiang, thus improving the level of culture construction of Xinjiang from the four of material culture, spiritual culture,behavior culture and institutional culture construction.This paper analyzes college culture construction in Xinjiang led by modern culture from our aspects. The main research content is as follows:The first part: analyze research background, research significance and research status quo of Xinjiang’s college culture construction led by the modern culture. At the same time the research idea of writing and research methods, as well as the emphasis, difficulties and innovation point in this paper is introduced;The second part: a simple overview about culture, modern culture, the related concept of college culture and culture construction, characteristics and functions, and interpretation of the significance of strengthening college culture construction in Xinjiang led by modern culture;The third part: Introduce the development status of college culture construction in Xinjiang at present stage, including the achievements and existing problems, and at the same time, analyze in detail the main causes for these problems.The fourth part: through the analysis above, put forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions that promote the level of college culture construction in Xinjiang from the four of material culture, spiritual culture, behavior culture and institutional culture construction.
